Eva-Last Captivates Industry at AIA24 Conference on Architecture and Design
Global composite building materials manufacturer, Eva-Last proudly participated in this year’s AIA Conference on Architecture and Design which took place in Washington D.C from 5-8 June 2024.

Welcoming attendees to Booth 4346, Eva-Last’s team of experts provided insights on Eva-Last’s premium decking product, Pioneer. This sought-after product delivers the most natural looking composite finish available in the range thanks a highly advanced photorealistic print technology. But that’s not all. Pioneer is famed for its ability to accommodate extended span requirements, resulting in fewer sub-structural supports, due to its sophisticated glass fiber-reinforced core. In addition, the advanced decking technology reduces the board’s expansion and contraction while the superior wear layer protects against fading, scratches, moisture and stains offering uncompromised long-term performance and a flawless finish.
Eva-Last’s advanced bamboo composite cladding system, VistaClad was also on display and did well to impress with its innovative clip strip which locks boards into place using reliable and highly durable spring technology. The all-in-one cladding solution is designed for easy installation and is available in either Infinity or Apex composite board technologies. Thanks to its hidden fixing, VistaClad provides a flawless cladding finish which is both low-maintenance and weather-resistant.
In the architectural beam category, Eva-Last had on display its striking hybrid aluminum bamboo composite beams, UltraSpan. These lightweight, versatile and exceptionally tough beams, provide the creativity and resilience needed for outdoor architectural designs, offering enhanced stability and weather resistance without compromising on aesthetics. Used most notably for pergolas and screens, these multifunctional beams offer the span capability of much heavier, solid beams thanks to their built-in aluminum core which also significantly enhances the dimensional and flexural stability of the beam. What’s more, Ultraspan’s bamboo composite coating provides a realistic timber aesthetic which is resistant to severe climatic and biodeterioration conditions.
